Samsung Electronics Service Ranks No.1 in Home Appliance After-Sales Service in National Customer Satisfaction Index for 2 Consecutive Years

Top Scores in Service Quality Excellence and Innovation

Samsung Electronics Service announced on July 7 that it has been ranked No.1 for the second consecutive year in the home appliance after-sales service (A/S) category of the 2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center.

With this achievement, Samsung Electronics Service continues its record of dominating domestic service quality evaluations, following its top rankings in the National Service Awards hosted by the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies and the Korean Service Quality Index by the Korean Standards Association.


In the NCSI survey, Samsung Electronics Service reported that it received the highest scores in all major evaluation categories, including excellence of service quality, innovation, and professionalism.


Samsung Electronics Service also operates programs such as utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) in its services, and designating the service centers and engineers with the highest customer satisfaction nationwide as "CS Excellent Service Centers" and "CS Masters," respectively.
