The 10th Service Week Concludes Successfully
The Korea Standards Association announced on July 7 that the 10th Service Week, held at the Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul, has concluded with the Korea Service Awards ceremony and Service Day event.
The Korea Service Awards ceremony and Service Day, held on the final day of Service Week from July 2 to July 4, brought together representatives from industry and academia. The event recognized and encouraged individuals and companies who have contributed to the advancement and quality improvement of the service industry. At the Korea Service Awards, four companies, including Shinhan Bank, received the EX Award, while six companies, including Lotte Construction, which has won for 24 consecutive years, received the Grand Prize.

The Service The Prime Award, which honors individuals for their contributions to the development and innovation of the domestic service industry, was awarded to Baek Hyun, CEO of Lotte Tour Development, and Jung Yeonchae, Executive Vice President of LG Electronics. In addition, a total of 13 individuals were recognized as contributors, including Cho Youngmin, Executive Director of Samsung C&T Resort Division; Choi Younggeun, Executive Director of Shinhan Life Insurance; Shin Inhyeop, Head of Lotte Hotels & Resorts; and Choi Younga, Head of Customer Value Innovation at SK Broadband.
Moon Dongmin, Chairman, emphasized, "Now, hyper-personalized customer experiences through generative AI and advanced data analytics are essential elements," adding, "In this era of infinite customer experiences, the Korea Standards Association will be a reliable partner to help companies transcend the boundaries of service."
