E-commerce companies such as Kurly and W Concept are holding "Beauty Festa" events, offering discounts of around 70-80% on skin, hair, and body care products.
According to the industry on July 7, Kurly is hosting its "Beauty Kurly Festa" until the 14th. During this event, customers can purchase more than 5,000 beauty products?including skin, hair, body care, and luxury beauty items?at discounts of up to 83%. Various benefits are also available, such as relay brand discounts and giveaways, as well as first-come, first-served coupons.
The benefits for newly launched brands are also noteworthy. Elizabeth Arden is offering discounts of up to 67%, and is providing either a six-piece set including a pouch with the purchase of a capsule serum, or a White Tea EDT 10ml miniature (for purchases of over 50,000 KRW excluding capsule serums) as a gift. SK-II is offering discounts of up to 20%, while Maison Margiela is offering discounts of up to 15%.
From 11:00 a.m. on July 7 to 11:00 a.m. on July 9, benefits on hair, body, and oral care products from brands such as Kerastase and Aveda will be available. Physiogel is offering discounts of up to 60%, a 10% discount coupon, and a reusable bag for purchases over 90,000 KRW. From July 9 to July 12, skincare benefits from brands such as Estee Lauder, d'Alba, and La Bouquet will be available, while makeup and fragrance benefits from brands such as Lancome and Santa Maria Novella will be offered in a relay from July 12 to July 14.
During the event period, every day at 11:00 a.m., the first 2,000 customers who make purchases of over 40,000 KRW will receive a 10,000 KRW discount coupon, as well as a 20% discount coupon exclusively for first-time beauty purchases. Customers who purchase over 200,000 KRW worth of beauty products can also apply, on a first-come, first-served basis, for Kurly's 10th anniversary goods worth 150,000 KRW.
Fashion e-commerce company W Concept is also holding its "Beauty Festa" until July 20. As cosmetics sales in the first half of this year increased by about 40% compared to the same period last year, the event is designed to spotlight the most popular beauty products among customers.
To celebrate Beauty Festa, W Concept is issuing six types of discount coupons, including discounts of up to 30%. The company has also prepared a variety of promotions, including: award-winning curated sets, 72-hour brand sales, daily specials, summer season specials, and rising brand features.
The award-winning curated sets feature popular products selected based on customer purchase data. Customers can purchase products from brands such as Hera, Amuse, and JavindeSeoul in special sets priced between 10,000 and 20,000 KRW. The 72-hour brand sale includes 32 participating brands, offering discounts of up to 67%. Brands such as Skinfood, Lere, Rom&nd, 3CE, and Onist are participating.
Every day at 10:00 a.m., the daily specials section will offer products from brands such as Makeprem, Kiss Me, and Mujigae Mansion at discounts of up to 88% on a first-come, first-served basis. The "season specials" section, designed to help with summer skin concerns, features more than 120 summer beauty products?including beauty devices for home care, sun care, whitening, and blemish care. There is also a section highlighting rising brands, introducing 12 carefully selected new brands such as Tiptoe, CherryXX, and Uique.
On July 7, a luxury beauty sale will also take place, offering products from brands such as Make Up For Ever, Kerastase, and NARS at discounts of up to 82%.
