Empathy Forum Reaches Resolution
at Nationwide Representatives Workshop

As the Democratic Party leadership race is heating up, the Empathy Forum (Standing Representative Junho Jung), which played a significant role in President Lee Jaemyung's victory in the last presidential election, has declared its support for Assemblyman Park Chandae.
The Empathy Forum announced on the 6th that it held a nationwide representatives workshop on the 4th at Healing County in Gochang-gun, Jeonbuk, where participants reached a consensus that Assemblyman Park Chandae is the most suitable candidate for party leader to support President Lee Jaemyung's administration, which emphasizes unity and cooperative governance.
The meeting was attended by about 20 regional representatives from across the country, including Standing Representative Assemblyman Junho Jung (Gwangju Buk-gap), as well as representatives from Seoul, Gwangju-Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, Gangwon, Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam, and Daegu.
Kang Seunggyu, the operating committee chair, stated, "After gathering the opinions of representatives from across the country, it was confirmed that the majority believe Assemblyman Park Chandae is more suitable as party leader for the success of the Lee Jaemyung people's sovereignty government," adding, "With the consensus of Empathy Forum members, we will actively campaign for Assemblyman Park Chandae's election as party leader."
The Empathy Forum is a nationwide organization that demonstrated strong action during the last presidential election by recruiting a special advisory group of nearly 10,000 people to support Democratic Party candidate Lee Jaemyung's victory. It is expected to wield significant influence in the Democratic Party leadership election as well.
