Yeongcheon City Hosts "Laughter Bomb, Water Bomb Glamping" with Dream Start Families

Yeongcheon City announced that on July 5, around 60 Dream Start families enjoyed a two-day, one-night water play and camping experience at Auno Pellis Glamping Site.


This event was organized to create special memories for Dream Start families and to help relieve stress for parents.

The families enjoyed refreshing water activities in the swimming pool, and both children and parents participated in laughter therapy training together, allowing them to relieve stress and strengthen family bonds.


Additionally, through a relaxing glamping experience in nature, families were able to once again appreciate the importance of family in a meaningful way.


One child who participated in the glamping said, "It was fun and different to play in the water with my friends, eat a lot of delicious food, and sleep in a tent with my family."


One parent shared, "It was really great to make good memories with my child and to relieve stress by laughing a lot through the training."


Choi Kimoon, Mayor of Yeongcheon, said, "I hope this event allowed Dream Start families to laugh, enjoy themselves, and create many happy memories together," adding, "We will continue to develop and implement various programs to support the healthy growth of children and families."


Meanwhile, Dream Start is a project that identifies children from vulnerable groups at an early stage, assesses their problems and needs, and provides tailored integrated services in areas such as health, nutrition, education, culture, and welfare by linking them with local resources.
