2025 Second Half Business Strategy Meeting Held
Pursuing Both Innovation and Fundamental Competitiveness
Shinhan Card announced on the 6th that President Park Changhoon convened all executives and department heads, urging them to "actively utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology to lead innovation and enhance core competitiveness."

On the 4th, Park held the 2025 Second Half Business Strategy Meeting at the Shinhan Card headquarters in Euljiro, Jung-gu, Seoul, where he delivered this message.
During the meeting, Park emphasized, "We must make a leap forward based on fundamental competitiveness and meticulous execution," and added, "We need to lead innovation by actively utilizing AI technology and discovering future growth engines."
The participants shared key departmental tasks and plans for the second half of the year, and strengthened organizational consensus through in-depth discussions on current issues and the company’s vision.
A special lecture on AI agents was also held. Opinions were exchanged on the potential for new innovation and differentiated competitiveness through AI agents. Participants explored ways to drive innovation and discover future growth engines using AI.
Park defined Shinhan Card’s core competitiveness as "a differentiated value that customers are truly compelled to choose."
He stated, "Every leader and member must ask and answer for themselves about 'the competitiveness I create' in their respective areas," and urged, "We must actively absorb and further develop innovations from outside, including those of competitors."
He added, "Organizational growth and sustainable development ultimately stem from thorough and detailed management on the ground," and called on all leaders to proactively stand at the center of change, deeply consider even the smallest details, and put them into action."
Park also urged all employees to realize innovation in customer experience, achieve zero internal control scandals, and create Shinhan Card’s unique differentiated value in supporting inclusive finance.
