The Special Prosecutor Jo Eunseok's team, which is investigating charges of insurrection and treason related to the 12·3 Martial Law, concluded its second in-person interrogation of former President Yoon Seokyoul after approximately nine hours.
On the 5th, the Special Prosecutor's team stated, "Former President Yoon is currently reviewing the records after the investigation ended at around 6:34 p.m."
This was nine hours and thirty minutes after the investigation began at 9:04 a.m., the time the special prosecutor's team identified as the start of the questioning of former President Yoon.

During the first in-person interrogation on June 28, former President Yoon appeared at approximately 9:55 a.m. and completed the investigation at around 12:59 a.m., nearly fifteen hours later. However, excluding the time he refused to participate in the questioning, the actual duration of the investigation was five hours and five minutes.
On this day, former President Yoon arrived at the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office building at around 9:00 a.m. and underwent about three hours of questioning in the morning. He then took a lunch break, which also served as a rest period, from 12:05 p.m. for about an hour. The afternoon session resumed at approximately 1:07 p.m.
In the morning, the special prosecutor's team questioned former President Yoon regarding allegations of obstructing the execution of an arrest warrant. In the afternoon, the team reportedly reviewed the circumstances of the Cabinet meetings held before and after the declaration of martial law.
The special prosecutor's team suspects that, immediately before the declaration of martial law, former President Yoon may have called only specific Cabinet members?such as former Minister of the Interior and Safety Lee Sangmin and former Minister of Justice Park Sungjae?to meet the quorum of eleven required for the Cabinet meeting.
