[Breaking] Supplementary Budget Bill Passes National Assembly Budget Subcommittee Amid Opposition Walkout

On July 4, the Budget Adjustment Subcommittee of the National Assembly's Special Committee on Budget and Accounts approved the supplementary budget bill. The bill was passed solely by the Democratic Party, as People Power Party members protested and walked out. The Democratic Party plans to pass the bill through the full session of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts and the National Assembly plenary session on the same day.
