Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Kim Kyunghwan) has launched a meaningful sponsorship to improve the living environment of children and adolescents in need.
On July 4, the corporation announced that it had delivered sponsorship funds for 'HF Happy House' to support children and adolescents from families in crisis, including grandparent-grandchild families, young caregivers, and children with rare and intractable diseases, as selected by the ChildFund Korea (Chairman Hwang Youngki).
The sponsorship funds will be used for practical welfare improvements, including remodeling to enhance the living environment of these families, as well as for medical and educational expenses.
President Kim Kyunghwan stated, "Through this sponsorship, I hope that children in need can nurture their dreams in a more comfortable and safe environment," and added, "HF will continue to actively engage in social contribution activities to address gaps in housing welfare."
Korea Housing Finance Corporation has been continuously promoting various public interest projects to improve community welfare, as well as providing customized housing finance services for socially vulnerable groups such as the elderly, low-income households, and people with disabilities.
