The Daegu School Support Center (Director Park Jeonghee) announced that it will accept applications for the recruitment of special operation positions (night security guards and environmental cleaners) from 10:00 a.m. on July 4 until 5:00 p.m. on July 10.
The number of positions to be filled is 29 in total, including 10 night security guards and 19 environmental cleaners. Final candidates will be selected through a document screening and interview process.
Applicants may choose only one school or institution listed in the announcement to apply for, and duplicate applications across job categories (night security guard/environmental cleaner) are not permitted. In addition, since working conditions such as working hours and shift requirements differ by school or institution, applicants must check the recruitment notice before applying.
To enhance the fairness of the recruitment process, part of the hiring procedure has been outsourced. Applicants must submit their applications in person or by mail to the Daegu Seobu Employment Welfare Plus Center. In particular, only documents that arrive within the deadline will be accepted for mailed applications, so applicants should pay special attention to this requirement.
The final successful candidates will begin working at schools and institutions under the Daegu Office of Education starting September 1.
Director Park Jeonghee stated, "We will proceed with this recruitment based on fair and transparent procedures and standards to hire special operation staff members who possess both character and job competency, so that the educational field can operate smoothly."
