Free Integrated Refund Inquiry and Application Now Available for Npay MyBiz Subscribers
Participation in Digital Service Opening Project Led by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety
Integrated Service with National Tax Service and Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service Now Open
Naver Pay (Npay) announced on July 4 that it has launched the free service 'Find My Refunds,' which allows business owners to check and apply for all their refunds at once.
'Find My Refunds' is a service available to anyone subscribed to Naver's integrated business management platform, 'Npay MyBiz.' Users can securely view only confirmed, unclaimed refunds and apply for them without any fees.
This service is part of the 'Digital Service Opening Project' led by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. It was developed in connection with the National Tax Service and the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service. Users can check and receive refunds for national taxes such as income tax, value-added tax, and comprehensive income tax, as well as overpaid employment and industrial accident insurance premiums from the agency, all at once, directly to the account they enter.
The 'Find My Refunds' service can be accessed by searching for Npay MyBiz on Naver, subscribing to the service, and then navigating to the 'Business Integrated Management' menu. Once users set up notification preferences during registration, they can be notified of new refunds through 'Naver Notifications' whenever new refunds become available.
Npay MyBiz is a free business management platform available to any business operator who is registered with Naver's various business centers (Smart Store, Smart Place, Naver Pay, Naver Ads) or has completed business verification (National Tax Service or business registration certificate verification). Currently, about three million merchants are using the platform. By connecting with Naver's business services, users can get an overview of their business status and growth trends at a glance. They can also take advantage of various business support services, such as policy subsidies that may have been missed.
