Dr. Egg, the smart farm company known for its Hwangso Gojip enoki mushrooms and led by CEO Kim Jinseok, has announced the launch of "Uchisae" (short for "We Are Cheese King Oyster Mushrooms"), a convenient grilled meal featuring premium king oyster mushrooms stuffed with mozzarella cheese.
"Uchisae" is a new type of ready-to-cook meal that features fresh and hygienic king oyster mushrooms, cultivated directly at the Dr. Egg smart farm, and filled with over 90% mozzarella cheese. The product is ready to eat after simply grilling or pan-frying.
With the unique chewy texture of mushrooms and the rich flavor of cheese, "Uchisae" is optimized for the growing demand for camping, home parties, and picnics, thanks to its easy preparation method that only requires grilling.
In particular, the product is expected to receive a strong response upon launch, as it is well-suited for a variety of lifestyles, including as a healthy snack for children, a side dish for adults enjoying drinks, and a simple dinner menu for families.
The product is available in 350g packs and can be found at major supermarkets nationwide starting July 3.
