The donation was used to purchase essential equipment for the ward, including cribs for infants and air conditioners, so that young patients can receive treatment in a comfortable and safe environment.

Since 2019, Hankook Tire has maintained ongoing cooperation with St. Pantaleon Hospital, beginning with the donation of state-of-the-art ventilators and support for ward modernization, followed by the provision of infection protection equipment in 2020, and the installation of a nurse call system in the surgical ward in 2024.

In recognition of these contributions, Hankook Tire received the "Outstanding Sponsor of St. Pantaleon Hospital" award at the "Semmelweis Day" event held in Hungary on June 26. This award is given to companies that contribute to the creation of advanced, patient-centered medical environments, and Hankook Tire was selected as the first recipient.
