At around 7:50 a.m. on July 4, a signal failure caused a train to stop at Seoul National University Station on Seoul Subway Line 2, inconveniencing commuters on their way to work.

According to Seoul Metro, a mismatch in the track switch for both inner and outer circle trains disrupted train operations.
The company announced that measures were completed at around 8:09 a.m., and trains are currently operating at reduced speed.
