Organizational Adaptation and Strengthening R&D Capabilities for Research Personnel
The Korea Association of Small and Medium Business Innovation (InnoBiz Association) announced on the 4th that it conducted the 'Onboarding Training Program for Prospective Researchers' over two days from the 3rd to the 4th at Mapo T-Town.
The training was provided for 22 newly hired research personnel from 21 small and medium-sized enterprises.
This program is part of the '2025 SME Field-Oriented Research Personnel Development Support Project' promoted in cooperation with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. It was designed to help new research personnel adapt early and to support a foundation for practical, hands-on growth.

The main components included: ▲problem-solving team projects ▲AI-based research and development (R&D) work innovation ▲soft skills (workplace etiquette and communication strategies) ▲R&D planning, research note and proposal writing methods, among others.
Kim Byungjae, Director of the InnoBiz Association, stated, "We will continue to provide effective support so that SMEs and research personnel can grow together in the future."
The association has also established the 'Research Personnel Innovation Center' in collaboration with Korea National University of Transportation, Hanshin University, and Semyung University, and is operating step-by-step programs to address the recruitment difficulties of SMEs and foster outstanding talent.
This program includes ▲research personnel matching support ▲R&D department internships ▲mini R&D project funding support (up to 10 million KRW), and participating companies are also provided with technical consulting through the center's research equipment and faculty.
Companies wishing to participate in the project can apply online until the 11th, and further details can be found in the association's announcements or through the Job Creation Headquarters.
