Jeongsikpum Achieves KFS Certification for 'Mild Vegemil A' and More, First in Soy Milk Industry

Certification Obtained for 18 Export Products

Jeongsikpum announced on July 3 that it has become the first company in the domestic soy milk industry to obtain the 'KFS (K-FOOD SAFETY)' certification.


The KFS certification is a quality certification system granted by the Korea Food Safety Management Certification Institute to strengthen the export competitiveness of K-food. To receive this certification, companies must meet both the 'Korean Food Safety' national certification and the 'Korea Production' verification.

The Korean Food Safety national certification applies enhanced evaluation criteria to the existing HACCP system, including international standards for food management systems, food defense, and allergen safety, to help domestic food companies improve their competitiveness and credibility in the global market. The Korea Production verification certifies whether a product is manufactured domestically, ensuring that foreign-made products are not mistaken for those produced in Korea.


Jeongsikpum obtained the KFS certification for a total of 18 export products, including its flagship product 'Mild Vegemil A.' The packaging of certified products features a KFS certification QR code, allowing consumers to easily check the manufacturing process and quality of the products.


Currently, Jeongsikpum exports its products to global markets such as the United States, Vietnam, and China. With this certification, the company plans to further expand its efforts to enter overseas markets.


A Jeongsikpum representative stated, "By becoming the first company in the domestic soy milk industry to obtain KFS certification, we have once again proven the quality and reliability of Jeongsikpum products. With this certification, we will further strengthen our competitiveness in the global market and continue to focus on improving quality to ensure customer satisfaction."
