Kim Dojin, CEO of Happy Moonday, Takes the Stage as Keynote Speaker
The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association announced that, in celebration of the 4th Women Entrepreneurs Week, it held the 'Women CEO Luncheon Forum' on July 3 at the Adonis Hall of Samjung Hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with 150 women CEOs and female executives in attendance.
At the forum, Kim Dojin, CEO of Happy Moonday, delivered a presentation on "Femtech Industry Trends and Business Model Strategies," highlighting the rapidly emerging femtech industry and offering new opportunities for women entrepreneurs. Kim shared her journey from starting as a sole proprietor to raising 11 billion KRW in Series B investment, achieving 2.88 million cumulative downloads for her super app, and expanding into the global market, thereby establishing her company as a leading femtech enterprise. She also introduced her business model strategies.
Park Changsuk, President of the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, stated, "Fostering femtech as an industry specialized for women is not only about improving women's health, but also serves as a solution to address the nation's challenges of low growth and low birth rates." She added, "I hope this forum will provide an opportunity to share experiences and explore ideas and strategies for overcoming crises, based on women-specialized industries like femtech."
