Strengthening Integration with the Mobile App... Providing a Consistent User Experience
Same Interface as "Hana One Q"
On July 3, Hana Bank announced that it has revamped its "mobile web" platform to better meet the diverse financial needs of its customers and enhance convenience, in line with changes in the digital financial environment.
This update is characterized by aligning the home screen and functions of the "mobile web" with those of the mobile banking app "Hana One Q" to improve accessibility across both web and app platforms. Additionally, the overall menu structure has been reorganized to further enhance readability.
First, the "home screen renewal" provides customers with a consistent user experience. To achieve this, the design of the "Hana One Q" default home style has been applied, and the UI/UX has been restructured to match the app. Furthermore, exclusive content and products such as Playground, Soccer PLAY, and Daldal Hana, which are available only on "Hana One Q," have been introduced on the home screen, strengthening the connection between the web and the app.
In addition, the "full menu reorganization" has changed the menu layout from a partial screen to a full screen, increasing intuitiveness and simplifying the menu structure. As a result, customers are expected to find the services they need more easily and quickly, which will enhance the convenience and satisfaction of using the "mobile web."
A Hana Bank Digital Channel Department representative stated, "We decided to revamp the 'mobile web' to provide customers with fast and accurate services in a changing financial environment," and added, "We will continue to develop innovative and differentiated services to realize Hana Bank's unique value of putting customers first."
