Freedelife Signs MOU with Kakao Healthcare

Promoting Personalized Healthcare Services

Freedelife announced on July 3 that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kakao Healthcare at its headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, on July 2.


The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Manki, CEO of Freedelife, Hwang Hee, CEO of Kakao Healthcare, as well as other key officials from both companies.

Through this agreement, Freedelife aims to achieve differentiated customer satisfaction in the health and wellness sector as well.


Starting with this partnership, the two companies plan to introduce personalized healthcare services for Freedelife customers by utilizing Kakao Healthcare's digital health management capabilities, such as the AI-based health management solution 'PASTA' app and continuous glucose monitors.


They also plan to offer a variety of campaigns, promotions, and customer benefits to enable systematic health management tailored to individual lifestyles.


A Freedelife official stated, "We are honored to collaborate with Kakao Healthcare, a leader in the digital healthcare field," adding, "We will continue to drive service innovation that encompasses all stages of life by reflecting evolving lifestyle trends and customer needs."
