On July 2, Contactus Co., Ltd. announced that it had signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the law firm Iroul for the establishment of a legal advisory and litigation response system.
Through this agreement, Contactus will be able to receive stable, comprehensive legal advisory services from Iroul, including telephone consultations, legal consulting, and the provision of legal opinions.
This collaboration is significant in that Contactus has established a systematic legal partnership that enables proactive responses to contract-related issues, intellectual property protection, and legal reviews related to investments that may arise during various internal business processes.
In addition, given that Contactus's main business is building management, it is noteworthy that the company has established a legal support system to respond to various legal disputes that may occur within buildings, as well as the ability to provide specialized legal consultation services for its clients.
In particular, if litigation involving the company arises, Iroul will be designated as the primary legal representative, enabling more consistent and professional legal responses. However, an exception clause has also been established to allow for the appointment of another legal representative in unavoidable circumstances.
A Contactus representative stated, "As a company grows, legal risks increase as well," and added, "Through this agreement, we will be able to respond to legal issues more professionally and promptly."
