Introducing Two New Bone-in Chicken Options
Mom's Touch announced on July 2 that it is launching a new menu item, the 'WOW Smoke Deluxe Burger'.
The newly introduced WOW Smoke Deluxe Burger (5,600 KRW for the burger only, 8,000 KRW for the set) features Mom's Touch's signature smoky special burger sauce and a soft, juicy chicken patty. Another highlight is that the chicken patty is larger than that of the signature 'Thigh Burger'. In the era of 'lunchflation', where a single lunch can cost over 10,000 KRW, this burger offers a generous portion at a reasonable price.
With this new product launch, Mom's Touch aims to further strengthen its chicken burger lineup while also introducing new chicken menu items. The recently popular boneless chicken items, 'Hot Cheese Big Thigh Boneless' and 'Edward Lee Big Thigh Boneless', have been reinterpreted as bone-in chicken versions to cater to a wider range of customer preferences.
'Hot Cheese Chicken' (11,400 KRW for half, 20,500 KRW for whole) combines spicy sauce and deep cheese sauce, allowing customers to fully enjoy the trending 'maepneu' (spicy and rich) flavor profile. 'Edward Lee Chicken' (11,900 KRW for half, 21,500 KRW for whole) features the 'Real Bourbon Sauce' developed by Chef Edward Lee himself, offering a deep flavor that blends sweetness with smokiness.
A Mom's Touch representative stated, "This new product is the result of our efforts to diversify the menu in response to customers' increasingly segmented tastes and preferences," adding, "From burgers to chicken, we will provide a differentiated QSR dining experience by offering the best taste, quality, and value with these new menu items."
