The main contents of the training included: ▲ analyzing and proposing alternatives for budget and settlement statements using ChatGPT; ▲ identifying administrative issues and utilizing them for audits; ▲ drafting and reviewing ordinances in an accessible manner; ▲ practical sessions on drafting inquiries, five-minute free speeches, document submission requirements, and legislative report writing. The program also included statutory mandatory education such as training on the prevention of the four major types of violence.

On the second day of the training, the council members explored ways to enhance Jinju's city brand and connect policies by examining cases of regional revitalization that combine Busan's tourism resources with its marine environment, as well as examples of utilizing international conference infrastructure.

Chairman Baek Seunghung stated, "This training was organized as a practical, results-oriented program rather than a formal education session," adding, "It will help improve the policy capabilities of council members and realize open, citizen-centered legislative activities."
