On July 1, Audi Korea announced the official launch and sales of the premium midsize sedan 'The New Audi A5' and the midsize SUV 'The New Audi Q5'.

The A5 is built on the newly developed dedicated platform 'PPC (Premium Platform Combustion)' for internal combustion engine and plug-in hybrid models. For the first time in an Audi diesel model, it features the high-efficiency Mild Hybrid Plus (MHEV Plus) technology. The model incorporates the latest digital technology, an intuitive interface, dynamic driving performance, and an emotional design, embodying Audi's future-oriented technological philosophy.
The A5 is available in a total of seven trims: ▲The New Audi A5 40 TFSI Quattro Advanced ▲The New Audi A5 40 TFSI Quattro S-line ▲The New Audi A5 40 TFSI Quattro S-line Black Edition ▲The New Audi A5 45 TFSI Quattro S-line ▲The New Audi A5 40 TDI Quattro Advanced ▲The New Audi A5 40 TDI Quattro S-line ▲The New Audi S5 TFSI.
All trims come standard with the Quattro all-wheel drive system and a 7-speed automatic S tronic transmission. 'The New Audi A5 40 TFSI Quattro' delivers a maximum output of 204 horsepower and a maximum torque of 34.67kg.m. 'The New Audi A5 45 TFSI Quattro' offers 271.9 horsepower and a maximum torque of 40.79kg.m. 'The New Audi A5 40 TDI Quattro' delivers a maximum output of 204 horsepower and a maximum torque of 40.789kg.m, while 'The New Audi S5 TFSI' boasts a maximum output of 367 horsepower and a maximum torque of 56.08kg.m.
Notably, the 'The New Audi A5 40 TDI Quattro' Advanced and S-line trims are the first diesel models to feature the Mild Hybrid Plus (MHEV Plus) system, achieving both efficient driving and reduced diesel-specific vibration, while providing improved fuel efficiency and a comfortable driving experience.
Compared to the previous generation, the A5's overall length has increased by 65mm, its width by 15mm, and its height by 25mm, offering more spaciousness than other vehicles in its class. Premium exterior features such as a switchable panoramic roof with adjustable transparency, high beam assist, welcome ceremony, side mirror projection lights, full body paint, and body-colored side mirrors are provided as standard.
The price for the A5 starts at 57,890,000 KRW for 'The New Audi A5 40 TFSI Quattro', 68,690,000 KRW for 'The New Audi A5 45 TFSI Quattro', 61,820,000 KRW for 'The New Audi A5 40 TDI Quattro', and 83,420,000 KRW for 'The New Audi S5 TFSI'.
The third-generation Q5 features a robust yet sophisticated exterior, precise driving performance, an intuitive interface, and advanced digital technology, making it a versatile vehicle that satisfies both practicality and emotion.

All trims come standard with the electronic all-wheel drive system 'Ultra Quattro' and a 7-speed automatic S tronic transmission, delivering a maximum output of 204 horsepower and a maximum torque of 40.789kg.m. The combined fuel efficiency is 12.7km/l (city: 12.3km/l, highway: 13.1km/l), achieving both powerful performance and high efficiency. Compared to the previous model, the overall length has increased by 35mm and the width by 5mm, resulting in a comfortable and spacious interior.
The price for the 'Q5 40 TDI Quattro' starts at 69,680,000 KRW (including VAT, based on an individual consumption tax rate of 3.5%).
Audi Korea plans to sequentially introduce Sportback models equipped with TDI engines, as well as SUV and Sportback models based on TFSI engines, starting with the 'New Audi Q5 40 TDI' model.
