At the concert organized by broadcaster Kim Eojun, prominent figures from the ruling bloc, including former President Moon Jaein, made a full appearance. Kim Minseok, nominee for Prime Minister, lawmaker Jeong Chungrae, and National Assembly Speaker Woo Wonsik were among those in attendance.
According to political sources on July 1, the 'The Powerful' concert, planned by Kim Eojun and directed by former Blue House protocol secretary Tak Hyunmin, was held at the Inspire Complex Resort Arena in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, from June 27 to 29.
The concert introduction read, "During every crisis?Independence Movement, 4·3, 4·19, 5·18, 6·10, the Candlelight Protests, and even the cheering sticks?there were always people present. People fought, protected, and endured. This was true even during times of rebellion and martial law. Some stood in the streets, others remained at their posts, but everyone ultimately overcame the crises that returned again and again. Every performance is a festival, but this one is even more so. This is a place for those who have worked hard and endured so much."
At the event, Kim Eojun appeared singing Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World" and introduced himself by saying, "I am Kim Eojun, soon to be a Supreme Court Justice."
In a YouTube video, former President Moon Jaein told Kim, "Kim Eojun, call me hyung," prompting Kim to burst into laughter for a while before responding, "Hyung."
Kim then said to former President Moon, "Hyung, when you meet President Lee Jaemyung, please ask him to make me a Supreme Court Justice," adding, "From now on, when everyone calls you President, I will call you hyung. See you later, hyung."

When asked by Kim to praise President Lee Jaemyung, lawmaker Jeong Chungrae said, "President Lee Jaemyung is smart. He has substance. Having substance means being strong in detail, and being strong in detail means being able to speak in numbers. People with substance do not speak at length. They keep it short. I also keep my words short." When asked by Kim to share his own strengths, Jeong stated, "My political direction and speed are aligned with President Lee."
Tak Hyunmin, the former secretary who directed the event, said, "It was an uncomfortable setting, the content was lacking, and the venue was far and difficult to reach. I feel sorry for all of that," adding, "Nonetheless, I will always remember and repay those who enjoyed the event despite everything."
