Hyundai Engineering & Construction is currently offering units for sale at "Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City," which is being built in Hapjeong-dong, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province. This large-scale complex is a reconstruction of the existing Hapjeong Jugong complex and will consist of three basement levels and 35 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 45 to 178 square meters and a total of 1,918 units. Of these, 599 units with exclusive areas of 45 to 112 square meters are available for general sale.
The complex is located in the original downtown area, close to Pyeongtaek Station and local commercial districts. Pyeongtaek Jije Station, which is served by high-speed trains, is also nearby. The administrative welfare center is scheduled to relocate to the new apartment complex, and a police station, sports town, post office, and hospital are all in the vicinity. It is also convenient to access elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as private academies. It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus. Various industrial complexes, such as Chilgoe General Industrial Complex, Pyeongtaek General Industrial Complex, and Songtan General Industrial Complex, are also nearby. Steady demand is expected from people who wish to live close to their workplaces.
There are plans to extend the Greater Seoul Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX) Line A, which was originally planned to terminate at Dongtan, to Pyeongtaek Jije Station. Line C, which is being considered for extension from Suwon through Osan and Cheonan to Asan, will also stop at Pyeongtaek Jije Station. The direct KTX connection project linking Suwon Station to Pyeongtaek Seojeongni Station and Jije Station is targeted for completion in the second half of this year. Pyeongtaek Jije Station is expected to be transformed into a major transportation hub, serving Subway Line 1, high-speed trains, and GTX lines.
The new apartments are primarily south-facing to maximize sunlight and ventilation. Shared amenities for residents will include a fitness center, screen golf, sauna, study room, and daycare center. The exterior will feature a curtain wall look and landscape lighting. Each household will have approximately 1.5 parking spaces, and all units will be provided with individual storage rooms.
A Hi-oT system will be implemented, allowing residents to control lighting and heating remotely via smartphone, and a Car-to-Home service will enable control of built-in home devices from their vehicles. Various smart systems will be applied throughout the complex, including a household energy management system, a rust-free water system, a 10-inch wall pad, and unmanned security.
Units can be resold immediately upon contract, with a contract deposit of 5% and a fixed first reservation fee of 5 million won. The model home is located near the development site. Move-in is scheduled for January 2028.
