Ask Anything About Neulbom School Operations... "Gyeongbuk-type School Chatbot" Officially Launched

The Gyeongbuk Office of Education (Superintendent Lim Jong-sik) announced that, starting from July 1, it will officially launch the "Gyeongbuk-type School Chatbot" service, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based system, to enhance the efficiency of the Neulbom School policy and reduce the burden on field staff.

The "Gyeongbuk-type Neulbom School Chatbot" is an AI-based response system that automatically provides information related to administrative tasks, project guidelines, operation manuals, and frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding the operation of Neulbom Schools. Through this service, staff can quickly and accurately access necessary information anytime and anywhere, and it is expected that the burden of handling repetitive administrative inquiries will be reduced, greatly improving work efficiency on the ground.

The Gyeongbuk Office of Education planned and developed the chatbot as a digital solution to address the surge in administrative demand and the increasing difficulties faced by frontline schools in handling repetitive Q&A, following the expansion of Neulbom School operations.

This chatbot systematically contains essential information frequently encountered in practice, such as program operation, labor management, budgeting, and student safety. When necessary, it also provides related materials or external links, which can significantly reduce search time and administrative communication costs.

In addition, the Gyeongbuk Office of Education expects that the chatbot will facilitate smoother communication among Neulbom Support Office heads and improve the stability of policy implementation and service quality at frontline schools. The office believes that this initiative aligns with the trend of digital transformation in administration and will contribute to reducing workloads and enhancing efficiency.

Lim Jong-sik, Superintendent of the Gyeongbuk Office of Education, stated, "Neulbom School is a core model for future education, and it is more important than ever to establish a practical support system at the school level." He added, "I hope that the chatbot will quickly handle repetitive administrative inquiries, creating an environment where staff can focus more on student-centered educational activities."

Meanwhile, the "Gyeongbuk-type Neulbom School Chatbot" can be accessed through the Gyeongbuk Office of Education's Onmusil and the Neulbom Support Center website. The office plans to continuously enhance user convenience through ongoing upgrades and functional improvements.
