Kyungbok University Students from Early Childhood Education Department Volunteer in the Philippines Until July 13

Kyungbok University is embarking on a volunteer mission in the Philippines.


On July 1, Kyungbok University announced that students from the Department of Early Childhood Education held the '2025 Philippines Overseas Volunteer Send-off Ceremony' at the International Conference Room of Udang Hall on June 24, and will be conducting volunteer activities in the Philippines until July 13.

Kim Kyungbok, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Kyungbok University, stated, "Your small actions can become a great source of hope for children on the other side of the world," and added, "I hope that through this volunteer work, you will have the opportunity to enhance the university's global standing and to deeply internalize and grow in love, respect, and consideration, which are the essence of early childhood education."


Through this overseas volunteer program, the Department of Early Childhood Education will operate various initiatives, including creative play activities for local young children, nutrition education and hygiene habit guidance, sharing of picture books and toys, and facility environment improvement programs.
