On June 30, the Changwon Coast Guard in South Gyeongsang Province launched a marine safety promotion campaign together with singer Jang Yeju, who is the first honorary coast guard of Changwon Coast Guard.
The Changwon Coast Guard plans to work on publicizing the coast guard and fostering a culture of marine safety by shooting promotional photos and videos with Jang Yeju. These materials feature signs encouraging the habitual wearing of life jackets and urging safe navigation in preparation for adverse weather conditions.
The photos and videos will be used as digital communication content on the Changwon Coast Guard’s social networking services (SNS), and will also be utilized in the production of banners and panels for campaigns and other promotional activities.
