Largest Financial Sector Recruitment Event "2025 Financial Sector Joint Recruitment Fair" to Be Held

To Be Held at Dongdaemun on August 20-21

The Financial Services Commission and the Financial Supervisory Service announced on July 1 that the "2025 Financial Sector Joint Recruitment Fair" will be held for two days from August 20 to 21 at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul.

So far, 77 financial institutions have expressed their intention to participate in the fair. In line with the expansion of the industry and diversification of job roles driven by accelerated digital transformation in finance, fintech companies will also newly participate, contributing to the creation of more youth jobs in the emerging financial industry sector.

The fair will be held both online and offline, offering a variety of programs such as on-site interviews, mock interviews, and recruitment consultations tailored to the job preparation stage and circumstances of young job seekers. This year, real-time video interviews will be newly introduced to improve accessibility to the fair’s programs. Detailed information about the main programs and how to apply can be found on the fair’s official website, which will open on July 2.

On-site, there will be on-site interviews with banks, as well as mock interviews, recruitment consultations, and career consulting provided by participating financial institutions. A total of 12 banks will conduct on-site interviews. Applicants who pass the document screening, which can be submitted on the fair’s website from July 4 to July 16, will be eligible to participate. Job seekers selected as outstanding interviewees in the on-site interviews will receive the benefit of being exempted from the document screening stage once when applying for open recruitment at the respective bank in the future.
