Gwangju Private Park Special Project 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' to Accept Discretionary Supply Applications on July 2

'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature,' which has drawn attention as the largest private park special project in Gwangju Metropolitan City, will accept applications for the remaining units through a discretionary supply subscription on Cheongyak Home on Wednesday, July 2.

The units available for subscription this time are a total of 148 units in the 1BL section of 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature,' with exclusive areas of 114㎡ and 135㎡. Specifically, there are 138 units of 114㎡ and 10 units of 135㎡. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account. Multi-homeowners are also eligible to apply, and there are no restrictions on re-winning. In addition, there are no regulations on resale restrictions, allowing immediate resale after contract signing.

The successful applicants will be announced on Monday, July 7, and contracts will be signed on Tuesday, July 8. The project is offering a fixed first contract deposit benefit of 10 million KRW.

A representative from the 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' sales team stated, "This discretionary supply is the last opportunity to purchase after the general sale and will be a good option for homebuyers seeking mid-to-large-sized apartments," adding, "The contract deposit benefit will help ease the initial financial burden for those looking to purchase a home, which is expected to draw significant interest."

- Gwangju Metropolitan City's next landmark large-scale complex, expected to offer the premium of Korea's first national urban park!

'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' is an apartment complex promoted as the largest private park special project in Gwangju, recognized for its high residential value. 'Jungang Park District 1,' located within the complex, is the largest among Gwangju Metropolitan City's nine private park special projects (across ten districts), spanning 2,435,516㎡ and being developed across the Kumho-dong, Hwajeong-dong, and Pungam-dong areas of Gwangju's Seo-gu district.

'Jungang Park District 1' will feature six themed forests and eleven village forests, with spaces planned for urban camping grounds and outdoor stages. Additional facilities such as an outdoor performance hall, lakeside beach, and musical fountain will be built around Pungam Lake. Gwangju City plans to make this a representative local space by hosting various cultural programs in which citizens can participate.

In particular, Jungang Park District 1 is drawing even more attention because it is highly likely to become Korea's first national urban park.

A national urban park is a type of natural park designated by the government among urban parks managed by local governments. The government may designate such a park if there is a need for a site to promote national commemorative projects or if the area is deemed valuable for preserving natural scenery, history, and cultural heritage.

If Jungang Neighborhood Park is designated as a national urban park, it will mean the state officially recognizes the park's natural scenery and cultural heritage. This could establish a new concept of luxury residential areas not previously seen in Korea and further enhance the premium value of nearby apartments.

High residential convenience is also anticipated. 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' is surrounded by large-scale residential complexes and numerous commercial facilities across various industries. In addition, Lotte Outlet and Lotte Mart are located near the Gwangju World Cup Stadium, adjacent to 'Jungang Park District 1.' The area also boasts a variety of schools, including Hwajeongnam Elementary, Seongjin Elementary, Hyogwang Middle, Chipyeong Middle, Gwangdeok Middle, and Gwangdeok High School.

There are also positive prospects for transportation development. Two stations for Phase 1 of Gwangju Subway Line 2 (scheduled for 2026) will be built near the complex. Once this line, which connects Gwangju Station to Gwangju City Hall, opens, access to Gwangju's major downtown areas will become even more convenient. Currently, fast vehicle access is available via the Second Ring Road and Sangmu-daero, and Seogwangju Station on the Gyeongjeon Line is also nearby.

Global premium finishing materials will be used for kitchens and bathrooms, and the high-end community facilities will include a sky lounge, luxury sauna, golf practice range, and fitness center. The total number of parking spaces will reach 5,358, providing an environment where each household can park about two vehicles. Of these, 1,960 spaces will be expanded to conveniently accommodate large sedans and SUVs. Additionally, storage spaces in front of each unit's entrance will be provided for leisure or seasonal items, maximizing the efficiency of the residential space.

Lotte E&C's 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature,' the largest private park special project in Gwangju, is located in the Kumho-dong area of Seo-gu, Gwangju. It comprises 39 buildings with three basement levels and 28 above-ground floors, offering a total of 2,772 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84㎡ to 233㎡. The complex is divided into three blocks: 1BL (929 units), 2-1BL (915 units), and 2-2BL (928 units).

The 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' model house is located on Sangmunuri-ro in Seo-gu, Gwangju, and move-in is scheduled for August 2027.
