This event was organized as an opportunity for the entire company to demonstrate Hyundai Motor Securities' strong determination to establish a culture of responsible internal control. President Hyungkeun Bae and 12 key executives, who have been assigned substantive responsibilities based on the internal control duty structure, attended the event. They resolved not to limit the internal control system to mere legal compliance, but to ensure that each member of the organization clearly recognizes and fulfills their individual responsibilities.
Through this resolution meeting, Hyundai Motor Securities fostered a company-wide consensus on the importance of internal control and strengthened its commitment to fulfilling its duties. In particular, the company plans to regularly review and share each executive's duty fulfillment process, thereby spreading both autonomy and a sense of responsibility throughout the organization.
Hyundai Motor Securities is set to officially implement the 'Duty Structure Map' in July, following its pilot introduction, and is also operating a separate duty management system. In addition, the company was selected last year as an excellent enterprise in the Fair Trade Compliance Program.
