BNK Financial Group Launches Women's Leadership Development Initiative

Official Launch of "BNK WIN'S"
Women's Leadership Program Aims to Foster Diversity and Inclusion within BNK Financial Group

BNK Financial Group announced on the 30th that it has officially launched its women's leadership development program, "BNK WIN'S." The goal is to help female talent within the group grow into leaders in various sectors and to foster diversity and inclusion within the organization.


The launch ceremony was attended by a total of 30 female managers from BNK Financial Group, and Chairman Bin Daein of BNK Financial Group was also present. The keynote speech was delivered by Oh Myungsook, who previously served as President of the Korean Society for Engineering Education and currently serves as President of the Association of Korean Women Engineers and President of the Korean Federation of Women’s Science and Technology Associations, as well as an outside director at BNK Financial Group.

Participants shared their impressions, stating, "It was more than just a formal networking event; it enabled genuine communication and exchange," and "As female managers within BNK Financial Group, it was a valuable opportunity to gain a broader perspective and insight."


This program will be held once a month and will feature lectures and a curriculum led by female mentors from various fields, aimed at developing the core competencies required of female leaders and expanding exchanges among female talent within the group.


A BNK Financial Group representative stated, "BNK WIN'S is a program that reflects the management philosophy of the group and the CEO, designed to help female managers grow into leaders in various sectors without gender discrimination. It will not only foster leadership among female employees but also contribute greatly to building a flexible and rational organizational culture." The representative added, "Going forward, BNK will continue to implement and expand advanced talent development and HR policies so that many female employees in the organization can fully demonstrate their capabilities, and so that evaluation and rewards are provided regardless of gender, as well as operating a variety of leadership programs."
