Nurse Director Aekyung Lee of Hwasun Jeonnam National University Hospital Donates 10 Million Won for Hospital Development Fund

Hwasun Jeonnam National University Hospital announced on June 30 that Nurse Director Aekyung Lee has donated 10 million won as a development fund for the hospital.

The donation ceremony was recently held in the hospital's reception room, attended by Hospital Director Junmin Jeon, Administrative Director Myungseok Sung, and other staff members. The hospital presented a plaque of appreciation to Nurse Director Aekyung Lee in recognition of her contribution.

Nurse Director Aekyung Lee stated, "As a member of the hospital, I decided to make this donation with the hope that Hwasun Jeonnam National University Hospital will continue to grow and become a place of comfort for patients and their families. I sincerely hope that we will continue to support each other and grow together as a hospital."

Hospital Director Junmin Jeon expressed his gratitude, saying, "I sincerely thank Nurse Director Aekyung Lee for always dedicating herself to patients and colleagues, and now for her warm act of sharing. The valuable donation will be used meaningfully for the development of both our patients and the hospital."

Nurse Director Aekyung Lee joined Chonnam National University Hospital in 1988 and has since served as head nurse of the ward, nursing administration team leader, outpatient nursing team leader, and outpatient nursing department head. Since January 2023, she has been serving as Nurse Director at Hwasun Jeonnam National University Hospital. She is recognized for bringing positive change to the hospital and the local community by contributing to improvements in nursing operations and outpatient care processes through her leadership in communication and harmony.
