GH to Supply Two Neighborhood Living Facility Sites in Gwanggyo New Town

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is supplying the last remaining neighborhood living facility and parking lot sites in Gwanggyo New Town.

The neighborhood living facility site being offered has a supply area of 1,008.9 square meters, with a planned price of 16 million won per 3.3 square meters. The parking lot site covers 4,706.6 square meters, with a planned price of 8.4 million won per 3.3 square meters.

Both sites are available with interest-free installment payments over five years, and a discount is provided for early payment. The sites will be supplied through a competitive bidding process.

Bidding will take place on July 10 through the GH land sales system, and successful bidders will sign contracts on July 17 and 18.
