On the 27th, around 100 young participants of the Gwangju Youth Challenge Support Project and related officials visited the Baegun Plaza Street Food Zone. On this day, they explored youth start-up shops and listened to the stories of young entrepreneurs working hard at their businesses. By witnessing their peers striving in the field of entrepreneurship, the event aimed to motivate young people who have given up on job seeking. In addition, the consumption activities of the participating youth contributed to revitalizing the local economy.

Park Hyesung, president of the Baegun Plaza Street Food Zone Merchants Association, stated, "I have always worked hard to create a shopping district that attracts young people," and added, "I will do my best to make this a street that young people want to visit again."

One young participant said, "After experiencing it myself, I saw that the street was crowded and the food zone was well-organized," and added, "I hope many young people visit the Baegun Plaza Street Food Zone and help boost the local commercial district."
