Sanho-dong Community Security Council in Masanhappo-gu Launches Campaign to Identify Households in Crisis

Promoting the Identification and Support of Households Facing Economic Hardship, Health Issues, or Social Isolation and Seclusion

The Sanho-dong Community Security Council in Masanhappo-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, conducted a campaign to identify households in crisis who are unable to receive welfare benefits despite needing help due to the heatwave during the summer season.

The campaign, which took place on June 27, involved 12 committee members and was held at the East Gate entrance of Masan Baseball Center and Baseball Street, coinciding with the NC Dinos home game. Committee members distributed banners, hand signs, promotional materials, and informational leaflets to spectators and citizens.

Chairman Lim Unkyu stated, "With the arrival of summer, there are concerns that the number of energy crisis households may increase. This is why we have launched a campaign to identify and support households in crisis due to the heatwave." He also requested the participation and cooperation of local residents.
