U1 International to Hold "2025 Malaysia Immigration and Investment Seminar" at COEX in Seoul

U1 International to Hold "2025 Malaysia Immigration and Investment Seminar" at COEX in Seoul

Malaysian specialist group U1 International announced that it will hold the "2025 Malaysia Immigration and Investment Seminar" at COEX in Seoul from July 5 to July 6.

This seminar is designed to go beyond a simple immigration information session, offering practical solutions for international asset diversification strategies and global lifestyle transitions.

Cho Hyun, CEO of U1 International, emphasized, "Now is the time to redesign not just your investment destinations, but the overall direction of your life and assets," adding, "Malaysia is a practical alternative, offering low entry barriers, an international educational environment, and favorable tax policies."

Cho further explained, "As global uncertainty intensifies, the interest of high-net-worth individuals is increasingly shifting beyond borders to overseas markets. With complex factors such as the power struggle between the United States and China, instability in the domestic real estate market, and financial risks, there is a growing movement to find safe havens for assets. As a result, attention is once again turning to Malaysia."

The seminar will focus on the latest policy changes for 2024-2025 regarding Malaysia's long-term stay visas, MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) and PVIP (Premium Visa Program). A systematic comparison will be provided regarding the requirements, asset standards, and renewal risks of both visas.

In addition, detailed information will be presented on the real estate market outlook, rental yields, and owner-occupancy conditions in key areas such as Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.

Particular attention is being paid to Forest City, which has been designated as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Forest City is emerging as a new investment destination, benefiting from policy support such as smart city development, tax incentives, and visa linkage.

The seminar will also provide practical information on corporate establishment and business licensing procedures, children's admission to international schools, and key considerations during the settlement process. Integrated solutions for VIP clients covering visas, real estate, and taxation, as well as risk management strategies based on actual immigration cases, will also be shared.

Pre-registered participants will be offered one-on-one consultation opportunities and on-site contract benefits. The seminar is expected to provide realistic alternatives for those looking to plan for the future amid current uncertainties.
