On this day, the parents requested the relocation of the Hwaseong Office of Education, the expansion of child traffic safety infrastructure, differentiated education programs and operations in urban schools to overcome the crisis of potential school closures, and improvements to overcrowded classrooms.
The city announced plans to cooperate with relevant agencies to ensure that the suggestions made during the meeting can lead to practical improvements.
Mayor Jung stated, "The voices of parents are valuable suggestions for a better future for our children," and added, "We will review the feedback from the field and develop education policies tailored to the unique characteristics of each region."
