Hyundai Engineering & Construction Offers Customized Consulting for Apgujeong Reconstruction Members

Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on June 27 that it has introduced a service providing customized consulting for stakeholders, tailored to the characteristics of major project sites.

The first site where this service has been applied is the Apgujeong reconstruction complex in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The service has been named A.PT (Apgujeong Private Table). It offers accurate information about reconstruction project systems and procedures, and experts create one-on-one plans that take into account the characteristics of the region, the complex, and individual customers.

The company stated, "A dedicated consultant team composed of industry experts focuses on minimizing the inconveniences customers may experience during the project and proactively resolving a variety of issues. This means that even for maintenance projects that take several years from contractor selection to completion and move-in, we provide comprehensive, customized solutions for our customers."

Asset consulting supports customers throughout the entire asset management process, including step-by-step guides for reconstruction and alternative housing information. Tax experts provide consultations on inheritance, gifts, and tax-saving strategies. Asset management is linked to financial experts.

Relocation consulting offers recommendations for alternative complexes and connects customers with moving and storage companies. By utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and big data technology, the service provides location briefings, comparisons of nearby market prices, and information on local demand and relocation status. Move-in consulting connects customers with partner companies for moving, cleaning, and interior services. The service also provides information on home styling, payment of shared costs, and loans.
