Hohyun Central I-Park, located at 111-1, Bakdal 2-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang, consists of seven buildings with two basement levels and up to 29 above-ground floors, offering a total of 507 units with exclusive areas ranging from 55 to 84 square meters. By unit size, 2 units are 55 square meters, 140 units are 59 square meters, and 2 units are 84 square meters, for a total of 144 units available for general sale.

The application schedule begins with special supply on June 30, followed by first-priority applications on July 1 and second-priority applications on July 2. The winners will be announced on July 8, and the contract period for successful applicants is scheduled for July 21 to 23.

The majority of the general supply consists of the highly preferred 59-square-meter type, and all general sale units are oriented southeast or southwest. The design features a plate-type structure, which is advantageous for natural lighting and ventilation. The 55 and 59-square-meter types have a 3-bay layout, while the 84-square-meter type has a 4-bay layout to maximize sunlight exposure. Built-in wardrobes, dressing rooms, and powder rooms have been provided to enhance space efficiency and resident convenience.

The complex boasts an excellent location with outstanding infrastructure within the central living area of Anyang. Residents have convenient access to key commercial facilities, including Lotte Cinema, 2001 Outlet, Anyang Central Market, and Anyang 1st Street. The Gwangmyeong Station living area, located within a 2-kilometer radius, provides easy access to IKEA, Lotte Mall, Costco, and Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital. Nearby, there are also the Anyang Municipal Bakdal Library, Bakdal 2-dong Administrative Welfare Center, and Bakdal Complex Office. A pedestrian entrance leads directly toward Anyangcheon, allowing residents to enjoy walks along the riverside park, and Bakdal Children’s Park is also close by.

Hohyun Central I-Park is a "Haksaegwon" (school district) complex, with Sambong Elementary School adjacent to the site, enabling students to walk to school. Several elementary, middle, and high schools, including Bakdal Middle School, Anyang Middle School, and Anyang High School, are clustered around the complex. The highly sought-after Anyang Foreign Language High School is also nearby, and the largest private education district in Gyeonggi, Pyeongchon, is easily accessible by car.

For drivers, the nearby Gangnam Circular Expressway, Second Gyeongin Expressway, and Seohaean Expressway provide convenient access to various parts of Seoul and the metropolitan area. Ten bus routes operate from the stop directly in front of the complex, and KTX Gwangmyeong Station and Anyang Station on Subway Line 1 are within five stops. From Anyang Station, it takes 20 minutes to Sindorim Station and under 40 minutes to Gangnam Station. The Seoul M-Bus allows residents to reach Sadang Station in just over 30 minutes without transfers.

In the future, the opening of the Shinansan Line (scheduled for 2026) and the Wolpan Line (scheduled for 2028) will greatly improve access to Seoul and major business districts. When the Shinansan Line opens, it will connect Gwangmyeong Station to Yeouido in nine stops. The Wolpan Line will allow travel from Anyang Station to Pangyo via Indeokwon in under five stops.

The design of Hohyun Central I-Park features independent layouts with unique pocket spaces for each building to maximize privacy. Upon entering the main entrance, residents are welcomed by the "Welcome Foret," and in front of Building 104, there is a private relaxation area called the "Water Lounge." The walking paths that encircle the complex are organically connected to green spaces and community areas throughout the site.

HDC Smart Home IoT technology will also be implemented in Hohyun Central I-Park. The main entrance features a facial recognition system, and the complex is equipped with CCTV designed according to CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) principles, providing enhanced security and controlled access for residents. The entrance doors are fitted with fingerprint recognition digital locks for added convenience, and the entrance cameras include a black box function. The children's playground will have a fine dust signal light, and facilities for electric vehicle charging and remote metering systems are also provided. Community amenities will include a fitness club, showers, study lounge, reading room, and golf practice range.
