Coreline Soft is showing strong performance. The company's stock price appears to be influenced by recent news that it has not only decided on a global joint sales partnership with Nuance Communications, a subsidiary of Microsoft (MS), but has also begun full-scale collaborative activities.
Coreline Soft currently holds all major global certifications, including the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), European Conformity (CE), and ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management System). It also became the first Korean medical AI company to obtain ISO/IEC 42001 certification, the international standard for AI management systems. Based on these various certifications, the company has successfully entered key hospital networks such as Baylor College of Medicine in Texas, Temple Health, and 3DR Labs.
Choi Seunghwan, a researcher at Shinhan Investment Corp., stated, "Following FDA approval in the United States, the company will further expand its presence in the US market," and added, "In May this year, the company was integrated into the US Nuance platform and plans to target the North American and European markets." He continued, "Coreline Soft will supply AVIEW Lung Texture to Boehringer Ingelheim," and emphasized, "The company will expand its overseas business through platform competitiveness." He also highlighted, "By participating in the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and the European Respiratory Society (ERS), Coreline Soft is increasing its recognition among medical professionals."
As of 9:43 a.m. on June 27, Coreline Soft was trading at 6,390 KRW, up 5.62% from the previous day.
On this day, Coreline Soft announced that it had successfully concluded the first sales workshop (Microsoft Diagnostic Stay Strong Webinar Series - Coreline) with Nuance.
Coreline Soft held a workshop in the United States for approximately 70 Nuance employees, discussing strategies for technological integration between the two companies' products and regional marketing execution plans. Through the workshop, both companies shared practical partnership implementation cases aimed at supporting the enhancement of return on investment (ROI) for client companies adopting artificial intelligence (AI), going beyond simple technological collaboration.
The two companies established strategies for: integrated operation of Nuance’s voice recognition and clinical reporting solutions with Coreline Soft’s AI imaging analysis platform; transformation of sales and marketing systems targeting hospitals in the United States and Canada; and innovation of hospital operations and revenue model transformation based on AI.
During the workshop, participants recognized the platform’s strength in enabling immediate integration with MS 'PowerScribe', a reporting system with a 70% market share in the United States, which drew significant agreement from attendees.
On August 1, Coreline Soft will co-host a webinar with Temple Health. The webinar will focus on presenting actual ROI improvement results, including enhanced diagnostic accuracy, improved patient flow, and better coordination of specialized care. Nuance plans to reference these ROI strategies and apply them to its own global sales strategy.
Kim Jinguk, CEO of Coreline Soft, stated, "To persuade North American healthcare institutions, it is necessary to shift sales and marketing systems based on customized ROI improvement data, rather than simply introducing technology," and emphasized, "We will further strengthen performance-based market sales in North America by focusing on collaboration with Nuance and sharing case studies through Temple Health."
