PayHere POS Integrates with Naver Place to Support Small Business Marketing

PayHere announced on June 27 that it has begun strengthening the marketing competitiveness of small business owners through official integration with Naver. The payment data from PayHere POS and store information registered on Naver Map are synchronized in real time.

First, PayHere merchants can leave reviews on Naver Map without the need for receipt verification. When customers make payments and accumulate points through PayHere POS, kiosks, or table orders, a 'review request notification' is automatically sent. Customers can write a review simply by clicking a button, without any additional steps.

Business owners can check in real time whether individual customers have written reviews through the PayHere app, and can also respond immediately. By automating review marketing, it is expected that high-quality reviews can be secured more easily and quickly. This is anticipated to increase store credibility and maximize marketing effects, such as attracting new customers.

When PayHere POS and Naver Place accounts are linked, a blue 'Place Plus' badge is applied to the store on Naver Map. In addition, on-site information such as popular menu items, peak hours, and average price range is displayed in real time based on POS data, providing even more prominent promotional effects.

The integration method is simple. By downloading the 'PayHere' app on a mobile phone and connecting the Place account via the 'Place Integration' button, the service can be used immediately. This feature is initially available for PayHere’s cafe and restaurant merchants, and PayHere plans to continue expanding useful functions for business owners in cooperation with Naver going forward.
