The event was held on the evening of the 26th in a private forum format at the French dining restaurant "Seogangpalgyung" in Mapo-gu. More than 60 people attended, including Kwangsoo Bae, Head of the WM Division at NH Investment & Securities, Kiwhan Kim, Director of ECM1, and key executives from companies interested in going public.
IPO Insight Night is a private forum designed by NH Investment & Securities to provide practical support to companies preparing for IPOs. The event serves as a venue to share IPO market trends and successful case studies, as well as to deliver key points that should be considered before listing. Director Kiwhan Kim gave a presentation on "IPO Market Outlook and Preparatory Matters," and the CFO of a company that successfully completed an IPO with NH Investment & Securities as lead manager shared real-life listing experiences, receiving an enthusiastic response from participants.
This event is scheduled to be held once more on July 3 with the same format, and CEOs and CFOs of companies selected through prior application will be invited.
