Starbucks Surpasses 2 Million Cups Sold of 'Grapefruit Mango Coco Frappuccino'

The 'Grapefruit Mango Coco Frappuccino' is a caffeine-free beverage that combines the refreshing flavors of mango and grapefruit with a smooth coconut base. Its vibrant color makes it especially suited for summer.

This beverage was first introduced last year as a specialty drink at the The Jeju Songdang Park R store, where it received positive reviews. Due to continued customer requests, it was later launched nationwide. Since its release, it has gained so much popularity that it earned the nickname 'Jamangco', and has returned this summer as a limited-time offering. Notably, this year’s sales have grown about 1.5 times faster than last year, once again proving the popularity of summer beverages.

Building on the success of the Grapefruit Mango Coco Frappuccino, Starbucks has also introduced another mango-based drink, the 'Starbucks Mango Latte', as a summer limited edition starting from June 18. This beverage, featuring a blend of yellow mango pulp and white milk, has also become popular, selling over 200,000 cups within just one week of its launch.

A Starbucks representative stated, "We hope a single cup of our summer beverage will make you feel as if you are on vacation," and added, "We will continue to bring joy to our customers' daily lives with a variety of beverages suited to each season."
