Focusing on Low Birth Rates, Youth, Employment, and Aging Issues
Starting from June 26, Jeonju City in North Jeolla Province will hold a "Population Policy Proposal Contest" until July 31 to address issues such as low birth rates and an aging population, and to develop policies that residents can directly experience.

Any Korean citizen interested in Jeonju City's population policy is eligible to participate.

The city will comprehensively review the submitted proposals for creativity, economic feasibility, practicality, and sustainability through the relevant departments and the Population Policy Committee, and will select the final winners by October.
The winners will receive cash prizes, including 1 million won for the grand prize (1 person), 500,000 won for the excellence award (2 people), 300,000 won for the encouragement award (2 people), and 200,000 won for the effort award (2 people).
