[Image Diary] Blocked Civic Awareness

A storm drain installed on a road in downtown Seoul is completely clogged with cigarette butts and other debris. Although the monsoon season has already begun in earnest, the level of civic awareness necessary to prevent flooding damage remains disappointing. Experts advise that it is not grand policy initiatives, but rather diligent day-to-day maintenance, that can effectively prepare for and prevent flood damage.
