On the 26th, Seo-gu Honors invited the Vietnam War Veterans Families Association to a meeting under the theme "Respect Without Shadows, Seo-gu Remembers," and presented 19 family members with Onnuri gift certificates worth 500,000 won each.

The meeting was attended by about 30 people, including Kim Ikang, head of Seo-gu Office; Joo Sooyoung, CEO of Seongyul ENG and Seo-gu Honors member who recently drew attention for donating 100 million won; and Park Changsoo, CEO of Sangmuok and the 53rd member of Seo-gu Honors. The event featured a donation ceremony, the screening of the AI-restored video "Walking Through Memories," and a conversation session with the bereaved families, creating an opportunity for communication.

In particular, the AI-restored video that brought to life the deceased as they were in their lifetime deeply moved the attendees. Seo-gu Honors further enhanced the commemorative aspect by providing the video as a memorial album.

During the conversation with the bereaved families, heartfelt stories were shared, such as "My husband returned, but he came back with illness, and in the end, only the family remained," and "This is not just a moment of remembrance, but the first time our lives have truly been respected."

Joo Sooyoung and Park Changsoo said, "True sharing begins when the public and private sectors work together to fill the welfare gaps left by the government."

Kim Ikang, head of Seo-gu Office, stated, "Today, for the first time, Seo-gu listened to the stories of lives that no one had ever asked about," and added, "We will continue to work together with the private sector to realize inclusive support for veterans, leaving no one in the blind spots."

Previously, on the 12th, Seo-gu Honors presented Onnuri gift certificates worth 300,000 won each to 88 Korean War veterans during a tribute ceremony for veterans' organizations.
