Official Land Prices Finalized for 115 Parcels
As of January 1, 2025, Yeoju City in Gyeonggi Province will finalize and announce the official land prices for 115 parcels of land that received objections, out of a total of 251,228 parcels surveyed, as of June 26.
The individual official land price, which serves as the basis for imposing various charges such as national and local taxes, was finalized on April 30 through a process of public inspection and opinion submission by landowners and interested parties, followed by deliberation by the Yeoju City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.
For the 115 parcels for which objections were submitted by landowners and interested parties after the April 30 announcement, the responsible public officials and certified appraisers conducted on-site consultations and reviewed the cases. The matters were then submitted to the committee, and the results will be communicated to those who filed objections according to the committee’s decisions.
The adjusted individual official land prices resulting from the objection process can be checked on the 'Real Estate Price Information' website (www.realtyprice.kr) starting June 26.
