This training was held at the Yeomin Hall of Yeoju Library and was organized to establish a sound employment order and enhance the professionalism of employment agency workers.
The training covered topics such as understanding the Employment Security Act, practical work in employment agency operations, and tax practices. It was designed so that new and existing employment agency operators in the city could acquire and utilize essential knowledge required for business operations, including compliance requirements and basic practical skills applicable to their work.
An official from Yeoju City stated, "We hope this training will contribute to strengthening the capabilities of employment agency workers and improving the quality of employment introduction services." The official also added, "Yeoju City will continue efforts to establish a sound employment agency culture through regular semiannual guidance and inspections."
