Gwangju City in Gyeonggi Province announced on June 26 that it conducted a final inspection of the sales preparation status at the model house installation site for 'Gyeongan 2 District Harrington Square Riverpark' on June 24.

On that day, Vice Mayor Kim Choongbeom visited the site and personally inspected the interior of the model house, meticulously checking the overall preparation status, including the operational flow and the condition of the scale model.
In particular, he urged those in charge to make every effort in the final finishing work to ensure that citizens can safely and comfortably tour the model house.
The model house will open to the public on June 27, and applications for purchase will be accepted through the Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home platform. Special supply applications will be held on June 30, first-priority applications on July 1, and second-priority applications on July 2, respectively.
Vice Mayor Kim stated, "Please be thorough with the finishing touches so that citizens visiting the model house can tour without inconvenience," and added, "Do your utmost to systematically manage not only the sales process but also the subsequent construction phases to ensure the successful completion of the project."
Meanwhile, 'Harrington Square Riverpark' is a large-scale mixed-use residential complex being developed in the Gyeongan 2 District of Gwangju City, subject to the price ceiling system. It will be the first ultra-high-rise apartment complex in the city, reaching up to 39 floors above ground. With excellent location conditions including transportation, living infrastructure, and a pleasant natural environment, it is expected to become a new landmark representing the region.
